- Snatch High Pull – 8×3
- Muscle Snatch – 8×3
- Snatch Deadlift – 8×3
PM Workout
- Power Snatch – 1/75% 2×1/Dropsets | For Drop Sets 2×1, decrease weight by 25-35 lbs.
- Clean Complex CEC + Hang Clean – 4×1/65% | Target 5-10 lbs increase week to week.
- Back Squat – 1×3/80% 2×3/Dropsets | For Drop Sets 2×1, decrease weight by 25-35 lbs.
- Barbell Row + Plyo Pushups – 3×10+10 | Complete as a superset.
- Core – 3×10

- Follow a structured mobility program.
