AM Workout

Today’s workout will be completed in Zone 1. No Set Intensifier.

  • Snatch High Pull – 8×3
  • Muscle Snatch – 8×3
  • Snatch Deadlift – 8×3

PM Workout

  • Power Snatch – 1/75% 2×1/Dropsets | For Drop Sets 2×1, decrease weight by 25-35 lbs.
  • Clean Complex CEC + Hang Clean – 4×1/65% | Target 5-10 lbs increase week to week.
  • Back Squat – 1×3/80% 2×3/Dropsets | For Drop Sets 2×1, decrease weight by 25-35 lbs.
  • Barbell Row + Plyo Pushups – 3×10+10 | Complete as a superset.
  • Core – 3×10

Mobility

  • Follow a structured mobility program.
