  • Snatch High Pull – 6×3
  • Muscle Snatch – 6×3
  • Snatch Deadlift – 6×3

PM Workout

  • Snatch Complex CEC + Hang Snatch – 5×1/65% | Target a 5-10 lb increase week to week.
  • Clean From Blocks – 4×2/75% | Target a 5-10 lb increase week to week.
  • Back Squat – 4×3/75% | Target a 5-10 lb increase week to week.
  • Pendlay Row+Wide Grip Pullup – 3×10+10 | Complete as a superset.

Mobility

  • Follow a structured mobility program.
