AM Workout

Today’s workout will be completed in Zone 3. No set intensifier.

  • Snatch High Pull – 5×3
  • Muscle Snatch – 5×3
  • Snatch Deadlift – 5×3

PM Workout

  • Snatch – 1/MAX | Work to Max then decrease weight for Drop Set 1×2. Drop 25-35 lbs
  • Clean and Jerk – 1/MAX | Work to Max then decrease weight for Drop Set 1×2. Drop 25-35 lbs
  • Clean Grip Deadlift – 1/120% 2×3/Dropsets | Work to 120% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for a single, then decrease weight for Drop Sets 2×3. Drop 35-45 lbs.
  • Glute Ham Raise+Bulgarian Split Squats – 3×10+10 | Complete as a superset

  • Follow a structured mobility program.
