  • Snatch Grip High Pull – 6×3
  • Muscle Snatch – 6×3
  • Snatch Grip Deadlift – 6×3

PM Workout

  • Power Snatch 3×3/75% | Target increase of 5-10 lbs week to week
  • Clean Pull+3 sec Eccentric to Position 2+Clean from 2+Push Jerk – 5×1/70% | Target increase of 5-10 lbs week to week
  • Stiff Leg Deadlifts – 3×8/70%
