AM Workout

Today’s workout is in Zone 2. No set intensifier.

  • Snatch High Pull – 6×3
  • Muscle Snatch – 6×3
  • Snatch Deadlift – 6×3

PM Workout

  • Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch – 5×1/65% | 2 sec Pull from the floor to position 2. 2 sec Isometric hold. 2 sec eccentric down to the floor. 2 sec Pull from the floor to position 2. Execute a hang snatch.
  • Clean from Blocks – 4×2/75% |Execute a full clean from a 3-5 inch riser.
  • Box Squat – 4×3/75% | Touch and go from the box.
  • Pendlay Row + Wide Grip Pull Ups – 3×10+10
