  • Complete a structured mobility program – 30 to 45 minutes

PM – Golf

Dial in 3 distances between 50 and 150 yards on the range

When approaching the green the great players don’t hit every ball as far as they can. They hit to spots on the course where they have certain distances zeroed in. Practice three such distances on the range and really dial them in.

Hit 75 shots to each determined distance.
