  • Push Press – 8×8/65%
  • Chin Up – 2×5/100% 6/90% 7/80%

PM – Olympic Workout

  • Snatch – Lift the bar 1″ from the floor and hold for 1 second prior to executing the snatch. 4×1/90%
  • Clean & Jerk – Work to 1/85% 3×1/85% (-20 if below 245, -30 If above 245)
  • Front Squat – Work to 2/85% 2×2/85% (-20 if below 285, -30 if above 285)
  • Death March – 25lbs dumbbells/25m
